We are strictly a HOME HAUNT and I either buy or build all of our props. The ideas come mainly from things I've seen in other places, but I usually put my own unique spin on them. I design and build most of my 'sets' from scratch. Every year is a new theme and I try to involve all or most of the characters. The crowd has grown in the 5 years we've held it in Middletown.

past haunts

It all started back in 2003 with "The Legend of Dr. Finneyfrock." My plan was to continue the haunt each year as another chapter in the main story. That lasted about 3 years until I got bored of the idea. Now each year is a completely new haunt with many of the same faces (and some new ones). Come relive the past haunts and see how we've grown bigger each year.

see sights & relive fear

We try to capture as many images and video as possible each year, beginning with creating props and building the sets all the way through Halloween night. It's hard to capture the haunt at night, so many of the pictures are during the day, where you can see a lot of the detail (or lack of detail) that you wouldn't see at night. Turn the lights down and take a look!

discover how

Wanna know how we built certain props or where we got our ideas? Most of them come from the great resources on the web. Web sites, blogs, forums and just simple Google searching gives us some fantastic ideas. But if we can't build it, we try to buy it (if it's a reasonable price). Check out our list of Halloween resources and see if you recognize any of our props.
